I started my career in one of the most well-known agencies in Dublin and went on to have a successful career in in-house recruiting, recruiting for Facebook, Salesforce, and most recently Google. I've had experience in some of the best recruitment schools possible and have been mentored by the industries finest recruitment leaders.

With senior directors and recruiting managers, I developed a strong recruitment brand that attracted top account executives and business development representatives across major European locations. I managed hiring kick-off meetings, worldwide applicant sourcing, and language-based recruitment for marketing, sales, and localization roles in German, Nordic, Polish, French, Russian, Turkish, and other languages. I used LinkedIn Recruiter, Hiretual, Google X-Ray Searching, networking, conferences, and social media. I also managed HR-related queries for onsite contractors, provided recruitment documentation, maintained data quality in Bullhorn CRM, attended hiring kick-off meetings, made job offers, facilitated client introductions, conducted reference checks, and ensured smooth candidate and client interviews.
