2. Cancellation Policy

We understand exceptional circumstances can sometimes arise – rescheduling/refund will be at our discretion within 48 hours of the appointment. If we need to cancel for any reason, efforts will be made to alert the client as soon as possible, and rescheduling/refund will be offered.

3. Services Provided

Career coaching services are provided where the client and the coach work in partnership to help the client articulate and achieve their goals. No guarantees are made in respect of any external outcome such as successful interview outcomes or invitation to interview.

CareerAndyG maintains the right, at any time and without notice, to change or modify these Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for reading these terms on a regular basis to stay up to date on any changes.

When you fill out a contact form on our website, we receive your contact information and message so that we can respond to your inquiry. When you arrange a service on our website, the information and documents you submit are preserved so that we can perform that service to you.

A third party, such as an external career consultant who is working with you and has purchased a career course on your behalf, may provide us with your email address. We ensure that these third parties have your consent to share your personal information with us.

To manage the interactions with you, we may utilize your name, email address, and other contact information. To unsubscribe from marketing messages, go to the bottom of the email and click the unsubscribe link. Any paperwork submitted as part of the booking process for a Career Coaching session, such as a Curriculum Vitae and application forms, will be reviewed both before and during the session.
