During my college years, I was filled with ambition and determination to secure my dream internship. I invested countless hours, pouring my heart and soul into applications and interviews. However, despite my unwavering efforts, I faced a series of rejections that left me feeling disheartened and lost. It was at that moment of frustration that a fire ignited within me—a burning desire to forge a different path, to create a platform that would guide professionals like me to success.

Fueled by this newfound determination, I dove headfirst into the world of career development. Armed with a deep understanding of the industry and a commitment to excellence, I set out to make a difference. My journey led me to placements in renowned companies such as Google, Salesforce, and Meta, where I honed my skills and learned invaluable lessons along the way.
As a Lead Recruiter at Google, I had the privilege of working with exceptional talent and assembling high-performing sales teams. My focus on the DACH market allowed me to attract top candidates and collaborate closely with key stakeholders, strategically shaping the success of the EMEA region.
At Salesforce, I embraced a Senior Recruiter role, specializing in the DACH and Eastern Europe markets. With a comprehensive 360-degree approach to recruitment, I skillfully generated pipelines, qualified candidates, and negotiated offers. It was a thrilling experience to contribute to the growth and success of the company while engaging with diverse talent across the EMEA region.
Throughout my career, I placed great emphasis on delivering exceptional candidate experiences. As an EMEA Recruiter for Dublin roles, my primary focus was on recruiting account executives and business developers. Building strong client relationships, creating talent pipelines, and implementing effective sourcing strategies became second nature to me. Being a trusted talent consultant meant providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process, ensuring that candidates felt valued and empowered.
But my journey didn’t stop there. I also had the opportunity to serve as an EMEA Sourcer at Facebook, delving into the realm of community operations for the DACH and Nordic regions. This role allowed me to gain insights into the power of social media and its impact on community-driven operations.
